Cardlink provides fast, accurate, high-volume paper processing and imaging services using high-speed scanning and data entry technology. Optical character recognition is used to read both printed and hand written details. Cardlink currently processes in excess of 95% of the credit card paper business within Cardlink's Document Processing Solution.

Cardlink is fully compliant with all industry and regulatory requirements such as: APRA, Visa and MasterCard and was one of the first organizations in Australia to be Payments Card Industry (PCI) compliant.
Additionally, Cardlink's Disaster Recovery Procedures (DRP) covers our Computer and Network facilities. In the event of operational problems, Cardlink has two back-up sites triangulated to ensure minimal disruption to daily operations and especially all value and time critical functions. Critical department DRP plans are reviewed and tested on an annual basis. |
